Last week our Fierce Woman of the Month, Natalie Berthold, reminded us of how important it is to acknowledge a father’s presence and contribution to any family unit. With her teachings, we also found ourselves guilty of and immersed in what Natalie called “a world where feminism is swarming and women are kicking ass”, leaving little space for a man to feel important and needed. (one small piece of guilty evidence on our part: whenever our favorite song, Beyonce’s “Who Run the World?,” pops up on Pandora, we can’t help but rub it in our fellow male team members’ face by turning the volume up and belting the “Girls” part out a little louder than necessary).
I mean, we are a feminine hygiene company, so it sort of makes sense for us to be tooting the horns of our fellow green queens, but we also know behind every Green Feminine Hygiene Queen is a loyal, extremely hardworking and committed Green Feminine Hygiene King. So for this post we decided to take Natalie’s advice and show a little love and gratitude to our company’s founding father for something special he did for us and the continued strong growth of our company.
As we learned two weeks ago in the “M is for Maxim” post, Kenneth Alvandi, Founder and CEO of Maxim Hygiene Products, put 25 years worth of life experience in to creating the Maxim brand. What we haven’t told you yet is the extremely bold move he recently made to expand our kingdom….he bought us a new home/office/warehousing facility/a whole lot more!!!

Pictured here are the doors leading in to our new home that will not only serve as Maxim Hygiene Product’s new headquarters, but it’s also got a store front space that will stock many of your other favorite organic and natural health and beauty products (more on that to come in the coming weeks)!
