Compliment Your Mirror!

Look in the mirror.  What do you see? Give it an extra few seconds.  Seriously, take a good look at yourself! What do you see now?  I mean, really look!  Look deep into your eyes.  Now, you’re ready.  Look at yourself. Now, give yourself a compliment.  Say, “You are so cool,” or, “You can do anything,” or, “You look great today!”  Repeat these with zest and zeal.

Today we encourage you to compliment your mirror.  Just step back and enjoy the simple things about yourself.  Take time to rebuild confidence you may have lost in a bad breakup, or in a fight with a colleague, or even just after a depressing week.  It’s always important to compliment yourself.  It’s especially important to really understand why you are so great.  As fierce women, we sometimes don’t allow ourselves these small luxuries. But, they are necessary.  In order to keep a healthy psyche, it’s best to reaffirm why you are so great.
