This week’s Friday Fun Day was chosen by Maxim Hygiene’s Public Relations and Marketing Director, Julia:
I was inspired for my Friday Fun Day activity by a dance I saw on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance. The dance was inspired by a Leona Lewis song called “I Got You.” And while I was unfamiliar with the song (an alt/indie girl myself) I was quickly impacted by the message, which the dancers illuminated so well. When the song exclaims “No need to ask, I got you” I instantly thought about the support I feel working in an environment like that of Maxim Hygiene. I was a bit under the weather today, and when I shared my grievances with GreenQueenRA she said to me, in her own words, I got you. And it is this loyalty and devotion that I can only hope transcends to our customers and friends of Maxim Hygiene. Wanting to share this message of support with my colleagues, I chose to do a YouTube screening with this video as the premiere. However when visiting YouTube, in all it’s distraction-worthy glory, it is virtually impossible to only watch one video. And therefore, as many YouTube viewing sessions go, it became a share-fest of some of our favorite videos. Some were funny, some serious, some outright cool. Of course, we had to share the fun with you!
