Two summers ago we took to the streets of NYC for our first photo shoot ever and last week we found a cozy hygienic space, a bathroom, to re-film our educational demos. We couldn’t think of a better day than Friday Fun Day to unveil our hard work from those oh so fun days in hopes of bringing a little fun to your day and how you think about your feminine hygiene.
I was always a visual learner in school and find these video visuals the best way to really understand the many unique benefits and features of using Maxim Hygiene organic and natural cotton tampons and pads. Our new Maxim Hygiene Channel includes the premiere of four new videos – one from our photo shoot (see above) and three educational demos (see below) that highlight the main features of our products: chlorine free, synthetic free, hypoallergenic/irritation free and wood pulp free. It’s one thing to hear or read about something, but I like to think seeing is believing and you won’t believe what you see. So, sit back, relax, enjoy and learn!!!
Dioxins and your feminine care products:
Dioxins are a byproduct of the Chlorine Bleaching process and a known carcinogen. In this video, Maxim Hygiene’s Vice President, Rebecca Alvandi, discusses what this means in regards to your Tampons and Pads.
Cotton vs. Synthetics:
Did you know that most conventional tampons and pads are made with synthetics? Synthetics are actually a huge cause of irritation for people. In this instructional video, we teach you how to tell the difference between what’s cotton and what’s synthetic and how Maxim Hygiene’s 100% Natural Cotton Sanitary Pads are a huge relief for women who suffer from irritation.
Cotton vs. Wood Pulp
The absorbent core of nearly all sanitary pads, including other natural brands, is made from Wood Pulp. Wood Pulp comes from trees and is a known irritant. Maxim Hygiene was the first line of 100% Cotton Sanitary Pads on the US market. We get tons of calls from women who can’t stand the fact that their pads are so uncomfortable and they are SO EXCITED once they try Maxim Hygiene pads. Cotton by nature is also softer and more absorbent than wood pulp. This video explains how to tell the difference between the two.
Thanks for checking the videos out and look out for more fun videos to come! Some of our most favorite Maxim Hygiene moments have been captured with the camera, so the next time you want to have a little fun with your friends, break out a camera and don’t forget to share these great videos with your friends for a little feminine hygiene fun!
