The American Public Health Association ran a test that attempted to prove the best strategy of warning people of the impacts of one soda. These researchers compared responses of people to three signs cautioning against drinking soda. One said that each soda has 250 calories. Another said that each soda accounts for 11% of their daily caloric diet. And, the last one said that each soda requires 50 minutes of running to burn it off.
Which one decreased sales the most? Which one decreased soda sales by 50%? The running one… It’s obvious. Why drink one sugary drink just to worry about running for 50 minutes later? Why not drink something else?! It’s the obvious solution! So, if soda requires 50 minutes of running to burn off those calories, imagine burning off some of these top 20 worst drinks in America.
