With all these fruits and veggies this month and all the added color in my diet, it got me thinking… What is my favorite color? It’s one of those get to know you questions you hear throughout school and life, but I usually don’t think too hard about it, and give some generic answer like blue, or red, or pink… But, that’s not really the case. It’s just a very tough question! I don’t have the time to think about it.
Going though the nail polish aisle, I never fathomed how many hues there actually were. There have to be about a thousand names for red. It’s crazy. Fire engine red, Meltdown Red, Morange Red, Hot Tahiti Red, Coral Red, You’re Perfect Red. It makes my head spin! But, if I had to choose my favorite color…
It’s a toss-up between white and orange. White has stolen my heart because of Maxim Hygiene’s all-natural and organic cotton products. White always reminds me of the feel of my favorite shirt, and the softness of my pillow. It reminds me of purity and a clean Earth. But, despite all of these qualities of white, I still think I HAVE to go with orange.
I’m an orange girl through and through. Whether it’s a car, a beautiful sunset, or the fruit, that color always makes me smile. It’s a summer color that not everybody can pull off. I love wearing my light orange sundress to the beach, but I’m talking about that vibrant orange that reflects the sun, that no holds barred orange, the kind of orange that brightens an entire room even in a dimly lit lounge.
